Cancellation Policy

Standard direct bookings

Your reservation is charged in full at the time of booking (taxes and fees included), and a credit card is required to book. Your reservation is fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before your arrival date, by 12:00 AM local time. If canceled within 48 hours of arrival, the amount paid is forfeited and no additional fees are charged. No-shows are processed the same as cancellations.

Special events, groups & whole-property bookings

Special events, holiday/event weekends, weddings, vow renewals, retreats, corporate retreats, group blocks, and whole-property or multi-room bookings may require at least 7 days’ cancellation notice and/or a non-refundable deposit. Any stricter terms will be stated clearly in writing before the booking is confirmed.
