Last updated: July 19, 2026. Inn at Foster Falls, LLC ("the Inn," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy applies to innatfosterfalls.com and to the ways we communicate with guests, applicants, and inquirers.
Personal information we collect
We collect only the information needed to take reservations, answer inquiries, deliver guest service, and consider job applicants:
- Contact details — your name, email address, mailing address, and phone/mobile number.
- Reservation details — arrival/departure dates, room and guest information, special requests, and stay-related correspondence.
- Payment information — booking payments are processed by our booking provider (Cloudbeds) and payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Messaging information — the mobile number you provide and your SMS/text consent, so we can send the service messages you asked for.
- Applicant information — if you apply for a position, the details you submit and your interview/scheduling correspondence.
- Basic website data — standard server logs and, if you submit our contact form, the message you send us.
How we use your information
- To make, confirm, and manage your reservation, and to provide check-in instructions and guest service.
- To respond to your questions, requests, and contact-form or text messages.
- To send transactional and conversational text messages you have opted into (see SMS Terms & Consent).
- To review and communicate with job applicants.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations, and to operate and secure our website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Social media publishing integrations
The Inn connects its own business social media accounts to an internal scheduling tool (Postiz) so that authorized staff can plan, schedule, and publish the Inn's own content. These integrations are operated by Inn at Foster Falls, LLC for the Inn's own accounts only.
- Connecting accounts — authorized Inn staff may connect the Inn's business social accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest, to our internal Postiz scheduling system using each platform's official OAuth authorization process.
- What we use, and why — we use the information these integrations provide, including platform account identifiers, authorization tokens, and (for Pinterest) Pins, Boards, and publishing details, solely to create, schedule, publish, and manage the Inn's own content on the Inn's own accounts.
- What we do not do — we do not collect or store your Pinterest (or other platform) password, we do not sell or rent platform data, we do not offer this application to the public, and we do not share integration access with unrelated third parties.
- Storage and revocation — authorization tokens are stored securely and are used only to operate the Inn's own publishing. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account within Postiz or from the platform's own settings.
- Retention — Integration information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the connection or meet legal obligations. When an account is disconnected, its authorization is no longer used; limited records may remain temporarily in secure backups or security logs until their normal deletion.
- Your requests — to request access to, or deletion of, account data associated with these integrations, contact us using the details below.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Inn, and only as needed for them to perform their service for us:
- Booking & payments — our reservation system (Cloudbeds) and payment processor, to take and manage bookings and payments.
- Communications — our phone/SMS provider (RingCentral) and email provider, to deliver the calls, texts, and emails you have asked for.
- Professional & legal — accountants, advisors, or authorities where required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of guests, staff, and the Inn.
These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing.
