Last updated: July 5, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The Inn at Foster Falls ("the Inn," "we," "us"). They apply to innatfosterfalls.com, our online booking, and any related applications, tools, and social-media features we operate.
By accessing or using our website, booking tools, apps, or social tools, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.
We provide information about the Inn, an online reservation system, guest-service communications, and related applications and social-media tools we use to share content and respond to guests.
All reservations are subject to our booking Terms & Conditions — including rates, deposits, cancellation, and property policies — shown on our Policies page and acknowledged at checkout when you book online. Bookings and payments are processed through our reservation provider (Cloudbeds) and its payment processor.
If you opt in to text messages, that messaging is governed by our separate SMS Terms & Consent. SMS consent is never a condition of booking, and you may reply STOP to opt out at any time.
You agree to use our website and tools only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse or disrupt them, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false, infringing, or harmful content.
The content on our website and tools — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to the Inn or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to view and use the services normally.
Our services rely on third-party providers (for example, our booking system, payment processor, messaging provider, and social-media platforms). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
You may request deletion of app-related data we hold about you — see our Data Deletion instructions.
Our website and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Inn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or tools. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
